We are a veteran owned, locally based home inspection company servicing Richmond, Fort Lee, and the Tri-Cities area. We are AHIT trained and certified and perform all of our inspections to exacting standards.

Services
Home Buyers Inspection
We perform a comprehensive and detailed home inspection. This is your opportunity to learn as much as you can about the property you're considering prior to purchase. We will go through all the house and detail all our findings in a report that will be sent to you, usually on the spot. If additional research is needed you will have your report within 24 hours.
Post Storm Inspection
Recently have severe weather? Want us to take a look to see if you need repairs? We can do that!
Shop and Talk
Ready to get out there and find your new home? Would you like to take a trained and licensed home inspector along? We can do that! This won't replace the full in depth inspection that will likely be required by your lender. This is a money saving service we created due to circumstances we encountered during our own home search. We ended up paying for multiple inspections, all of which were extremely valuable due to the information revealed, but paying for that service multiple times can be challenging. With our Shop and Talk service we will walk with you and note what we see while you're finding your new home. We also offer a discount on the inspection when you select this service.
